Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Per session payment lets you pay for each treatment at the time of service. You may also pay for a certain number of sessions up front and then pay for more if needed. This format allows you to tailor the financial investment to your specific needs and avoid having a large lump sum payment due at the end of the treatment program.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
12-step icon12-Step
12-step programs are addiction recovery models based on Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). A number of substance abuse programs (including some drug and alcohol rehab centers) use the 12 steps as a basis for treatment. Beginning steps involve admitting powerlessness over the addiction and creating a spiritual basis for recovery. Middle steps including making direct amends to those who've been hurt by the addiction, and the final step is to assist others in addiction recovery in the same way. 12-Step offshoots including Narcotics Anonymous (NA), Cocaine Anonymous (CA), Dual Recovery Anonymous (DRA), Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous (SLAA) and Gamblers Anonymous (GA).
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Completing a drug or alcohol rehab program shouldn't spell the end of substance abuse treatment. Aftercare involves making a sustainable plan for recovery, including ongoing support. This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in California teaches participants constructive ways to stay clean and sober. Treatment revolves around helping individuals stop using the substance they are addicted to and learn healthy habits to avoid relapse.

Many of those suffering from addiction also suffer from mental or emotional illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders. Rehab and other substance abuse facilities treating those with a dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorder administer psychiatric treatment to address the person's mental health issue in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.

Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Life skills trainings involve all the skills a person must have in order to function successfully in the world. These include time management, career guidance, money management, and effective communication. Truly successful addiction recovery is based on the ability to not only live substance-free, but to thrive. Life skills teaches the practical necessities of functioning in society, which sets clients up for success in life, and therefore sobriety.

The absolute worst place to go. Save your money and time and energy! Its a scam in all forms. First off you can't even be seen without a mask and covid policies arent in affect. They always try to pull a stunt or a fee to not have to deal with there customers. And there assistants and Secratary are all recovered druggies felons who have no respect or empathy toward there clients especially when people are there to get help to change there lives. Point blank you go there. There have absurd policies for requirements for attendance etc and they never follow there own guidlines! There group classes are shady. They want everyone present but the teacher can never show his face!!! Until people started complaining. Once you go to ask for your diploma they add all these fees just to get your diploma! When its time to go to the court they never have your paper work ready - even give you the wrong paper work!!! Also when I asked for diploma i have to make an appointment!!! When i told the owner i woukd report her she said she was gonna report my file. Its a black mail all in itself!!!! Dont go there unless you want the run around!!!!! They have been doing this since the 80s

Horrible people. So inconsiderate they could care less if you end up homeless or dead on the street. Avoid this place. They are unorganized and have no clue what they are doing. The most unprofessional people I have ever came across in my life. This place should get shut down immediately. The utter disrespect and unprofessionalism is unreal. These people will ignore you on purpose and drag out your 3 month process to 8 months due to their normalization and idiocracy. The people that run this place could not have even possibly graduated high school. There is no chance.

Avoid this place at all costs. Do not spend a penny here!!!! This whole program is a HUGE SCAM! I don't know how they haven't been shut down yet. I transferred from another program, took 2 classes with them and when I needed a progress report for court I was given a million excuses on why they couldn't send it. They tell students to request progress reports a least a week in advance, I gave them 10 days and it still wasn't ready. Amanda gave me the run around saying "the person who does them is on vacation, that they are really short staffed, and i'll have it sent by lunch" and it never came. She knows how important progress reports are and she seemed to enjoy playing games once I kept calling her to check the status. She would rudely put me on hold for long periods of time or she would hang up on me completely. When I threatened to start recording her childish behavior she quickly realized that I would be taking this to court to show them what I was dealing with, an immature "program director" who clearly can't do her job. All she had to do was email a document stating that I was an enrolled student and completed 2 classes. I guess that was too much work for her. Poor Amanda life must be so hard sitting at a desk all day doing nothing. Instead she sent me a notice that I violated the program rules by "harassing" her and she requested to have me removed from the program all together. She sent this within hours, but couldn't do a progress report in 10 days??? I'm sorry but since when is calling someone and holding them accountable to do THEIR job is considered harassment? LOL! Seriously WORST program ever!! I'll gladly transfer again, I don't want my money funding programs like hers anyways. She's such a clown on my first week she made me miss a class because she gave me the wrong zoom code. Thats right the director can't even send students the correct codes to get into zoom meetings! That's pretty pathetic!! On top of that the instructor I took my class with let us know first hand that she would be putting her 2 week notice in due to a toxic work environment. Good thing I'm leaving because they aren't going to have anyone to teach the class anyways! Amanda if you are reading this just know you are a miserable ugly person on the inside & out, your own employees don't even want to work with you, and you are highly unfit for this position. I can't wait to let the courts know what kind of circus you're running and have you shut down permanently.
