Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

house-medical iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.

clipboard-medical iconMedically Assisted Detox

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal. The length of stay at the detoxification program is determined according to the specific needs of the patient.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapy modality that focuses on the relationship between one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is used to establish and allow for healthy responses to thoughts and feelings (instead of unhealthy responses, like using drugs or alcohol). CBT has been proven effective for recovering addicts of all kinds, and is used to strengthen a patient's own self-awareness and ability to self-regulate. CBT allows individuals to monitor their own emotional state, become more adept at communicating with others, and manage stress without needing to engage in substance abuse.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy for drug and alcohol addiction treatment gives you a safe space to discuss your emotional, mental, and physical challenges. Your therapist will guide and support you as you collaborate to develop personalized strategies to manage your stress and navigate the challenges of your recovery.

Family Therapy

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Love going to where I was going but apparently they will be closed by the end of the month for good, which really sucks because the ladies that work there are really awesome people. I think the daycare should be moved not a place that help people like myself. But I would like to thank the ladies for all the hard work that they have done through the years and I thank them for their friendships

I was really excited to switch to a clinic next to my house and one that seems more professional but I was mislead on the 800 number. I was told that they could take over my mental health meds (none are controlled) and my GP meds and that s the first strike because I went inside the location to ask questions I just felt I could get more direct answers to and they told me they don t do any psychiatric meds at all and they don t do testosterone ( I have low T to the point can t function mentally unless I have TRT) it s a need not a want. My T was 200 when tested so I have true low T.Anyway, so I was mislead and then they tell me that even though I met my out of pocket and deductible that I will have to pay upfront and they are in network. Why?!! If they are being paid by my insurance in full then why do I need to pay. I see specialists and none of them charged me ontop of what insurance pays them. They did say well I d be reimbursed. Still, I can t afford to lend them money and wait for them to pay me back. Why is this a condition at all if I met my deductible and out of pocket for an in network provider?! And they were looking at me like I was the crazy one for thinking I shouldn t have to lend themMoney just to be seenI m glad I stopped in and found out what I was getting into. It saddens me because I really wanted this to work
