About Bridge House

Bridge House is a drug and alcohol rehab facility located in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. They offer outpatient and sober living homes to adults who are experiencing substance use disorder and alcohol use disorder. They have a vocational training program for people with addiction issues as well.

The outpatient program is very thorough here. After a full assessment, you’ll receive individual therapy that is customized to your needs. You will also be able to participate in group sessions. People are often treated with behavioral therapy when they have addiction issues. This facility also offers alternative treatments such as acupuncture.

If you have been sober for at least 15 days, you can live in one of the program’s sober living homes. The sober living facilities are on a beautiful farm, and you’ll be expected to take part in chores while you’re there. The rooms are dorm style, so you will sleep in a bunk. You must attend regular group therapy and vocational training.

The vocational training program is what makes this place stand out. You will be assigned work projects. You’ll also get help with your resume and work on your interview skills. You will learn computer skills and you will be trained on a variety of office equipment.

Inpatient

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives.
