I had called one morning at 6:22 am. My artist was outside waiting for his job to open up , the employees at this rehab were stereotyping him, making it seem like he was doing something he was not doing. Got into it with him ( the workers ). All because he was waiting for his manager to open the door for his job ( my artist ).They then called the cops.I called up there. And as me and the lady were having a conversation, she hung up in my face.I plan on going up there to ask who would hang up in my face.

Was made to feel like I had the plague. I tested positive for coronavirus yesterday and was honest with the clinic. She brought my dose to me between the entrance and was rude and said she forgot the pulse ox and said here take it ( my dose). Made me feel uncomfortable and showed no compassion at all. Cindy was the nurse and with an attitude like that she should maybe find a different job!!!!!

Other Forms of Payment

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
medically-assisted-detox iconMedically Assisted Detox
Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Treatments

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.

Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

That statement where she only complained....You shouldn't be smoothing in public places just out of courtesy for other patients. 30 is the starting dose so how would that work? Many of the workers are recovering addicts. Who better to help and addict recovering then a recovered addict? My counselor is a certified peer support specialist and out of all the clinics I've been through, he's the best ever! I know her comments 4 years old but things must have changed.I came from AMS in Janesville. Those people lie, we believe steal your U.A.s, if you think you're going taper.... Before 2 years think again and there is consequences. When I started their clinic I got cleaned by the first 2 weeks, clean u.a.s in a month, and it was just lies and punishments for staffing faults afterwards. They fired anyone who actually cared and didn't mind putting down the staff that helped. So coming into BCT was a blessing. Sometimes there is long lines and 5 minutes turns into 5-10 extra, but it's not torturing wait times. Lol I have had amazing communication with them but I can also advocate for myself! And not afraid to do if they didn't make the time to ask. Outside of the judgemental doctor who also actually seems to care about you so it balances out, I can't say I have found an unfriendly bone in the staff. I like that the recovering addicts helping me know how I feel and are there to help me so if they aren't 20 years into a text book education, I'm ok with that. Studies prove peer support is stronger. I think it depends on the clients attitude on getting clean and their attitudes in general but I honestly can't say they have some me dirty yet. They have minor flaws but not enough to complain about. And they saved me from a clinic that tried to sabotage my transfer and took me anyway. I think it's a great place if you have the right attitude.

Only one doctor for over 300 people. (He is not even an addiction specialist.) He often cancels important scheduled appointments. (I was only able to see him one time in almost 2 months) Not all of the counselors are licensed & it is also common for them to cancel appointments when you go in for them. There are no longer take home doses on Sundays nor for ANY holiday if you are on phase 1 of your treatment. You are forced to go in every day of the week.I did not feel I was getting any therapeutic help. Only the lowest dose of methadone. When I refused to go to 30mgs, I was forced into an administrative detox. I felt that 25mgs was sufficient for me and i was absolutely punished for not exceeding the 25mgs.The counselor that was assigned to me commonly discussed her personal history. She was a cocaine user. Her husband overdosed on heroin. When I entered the room to speak with her on a therapeutic level, I often left feeling worse than when I walked in. Nothing was ever discussed to benefit my treatment whatsoever. When my husband came with me for support and the very few days that he did, I was pulled aside and told that I cannot show affection when we re sitting together in the waiting room. The only affection that was ever shown was 1. He covered me up with his coat once and 2. I rested my head on his shoulder once. However, patients were allowed to bring in their newborn babies & toddlers. They weren t allowed in the dosing room so the children would be left with unlicensed counselors or other patients.Dr. So tells his patients to go ahead and buy illicit street drugs if you need to .After speaking with other patients who are very unsatisfied with this clinic, I ve met one person who was abruptly and cruelly dropped down 40mgs of methadone in one day. She was in horrible pain and suffering. I know of one in particular patient that has been there for a couple of years and is allowed take-home doses and still uses heroin and sells the methadone. I m not sure how he s getting away with that. This center is VERY SKETCHY.If you need help, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
