The receptionist Jenny sure does a good job keeping everyone away from this place with her passive aggressive demeanor and never following back up about appointments. Not sure what that is all about, but she seems very bothered and disgruntled. Certainly makes it hard to come in, the receptionist also tried to give me a hard time for not having my insurance card over the phone even though the new patient forms I m required to fill out ask me to upload my insurance card. We already confirmed my insurance was in network so I m not sure why she felt the need to shame for not having my insurance card over the phone when I can just upload it to the documents. Further more since this review she has emailed me to argue the Google review.

They are so much better than Pauquette center in Reedsburg. Aspen has shown me how a therapist should be, she doesn't hold things over my head, she sticks to her appt time, she is ontime 99% of the time and doesn't keep and hour over, she lets me talk about me, not what she wants to talk about first.

Addiction Treatments

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

The goal of drug rehab in Wisconsin is to address drug addiction as a complex issue that involves physical, mental, and relational aspects. During rehab, treatment focuses on each of these areas and gives you the tools you need to achieve and maintain sobriety.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.

Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

I was very disappointed by the service they provided me here. I went here expecting to get comprehensive care but instead, I was constantly frustrated with the ineffective therapy and bad customer care.

Called and signed a form June 6th to get started. I was told I'd be contacted about getting started and still today I've been ignored. I'm giving up on this office and hope I can find a therapist office that actually cares.
