If you ever go here there are a couple of really good er doctors, doctor woodmansee, and doctor yenheviy are really really good doctors to see, they helped us get help for my partner and shes having really bad GI issues, and even though the hospital doesn't have a gi specialist these doctors especially woodmansee and the nurse who helped us argued to get her the help she needed because we have been in and out of the hospital 4 times this week with symptoms showing from the previous week. They are doctors who truly do care about their patients health and how their doing and their not just in it for the money. If you are reading these reviews, I'm guessing you are probably not thrilled at the prospect of coming here. I know that I was scared, nervous, depressed, anxious and, honestly, pissed. However, if you are considering Synergy Executive for your substance abuse or mental health treatment, please hear me: Look no further. That might sound cheesy but I mean it very seriously, I just finished a 30 day stay and it was the best decision I've ever made (and it was not my first impatient treatment experience, I've been one other place before). Cutting to the chase here are some facts about this place:-The campus is gorgeous, modern, and clean!- The staff is INCREDIBLE. From the therapists, to the support staff there is not a single person in this organization that is a weak link. You can tell that they put a lot of effort and consideration into who they hire for any position. They are trying to maintain a strong culture of care and healing and only bring in people who fit that mold.-The therapists and educators are top notch. These are not amatuer community school graduates (no offense to the many people with these credentials who are doing god's work and saving lives daily) these are clinical psychologists and therapists with an enormous collective experience and wealth of knowledge. The classes are like TED talks taking place right in front of you multiple times a day. They educate you on every angle involved in mental health and substance abuse and pile you with the practical tools and knowledge to change your life forever. They encourage participation, input, experience and discussion in their classes. They allow the personalities of the clientele to come out and make things very enjoyable; classes can be fun and exciting with humour and lightheartedness one minute, and then extremely inspirational, serious and sobering the next. These therapists and educators live the principles they teach and participate right alongside the clients offering personal experiences and testimonies to the many skills and lessons that they impart. The therapists and staff encourage you to reach out and touch base long after you've left, offering to be there and help anytime you may need it.-No one talked to me about Jesus/God. (although there certainly are people there who will if that is your thing! Including 1 faith based [non-required] class a week).-You will truly receive 1hr-1.5hr sessions with your personally assigned therapist 2-3 times every week that you stay here. No joke.-The food is incredible. The two chefs on staff are amazing cooks who create top notch meals 3 times a day. This is not cafeteria food.-The accommodations are fantastic, you can not beat a private room and bathroom. The beds, and all the living areas are comfortable, clean and homey, offering great relaxing spaces. The amenities are top notch as well, including the workout room, pickleball/basketball courts, walking/running track, sauna and hot tub (pool was closed for winter during my stay but I heard it is great as well).-Their approach to your health and recovery is not one dimensional. They preach and instill a completely holistic approach to mental health and recovery. They will teach you how to build a life that is more than just "being sober", one that has meaning, purpose, and joy. They teach you how to care for your body and your mind, building a life worth retaining. This includes massage therapy, yoga classes 3 times weekly, guided meditation, acupuncture and cupping, as well as instructed exercise.I truly can not say enough about my experience at this facility. It has changed my life forever and given me an outlook and blueprint for my life that I never would have found alone. If you are looking at Synergy, just pick up the phone and call them. Find out what it will take to go and then DO IT! You will not regret it.
