Amazing place! They can do so much for you, if you're ready to do something different. This place saved my life! Candice is amazing! So is Rob. All of them really care and love what they do. Love me some Wolfe Street! Wish I could leave 10 stars for a rating, but it only allows 5. :)

If you sincerely want to change your life ,this place is for you , they will help you get closer to God and give you the tools to work out your recovery journey This is not a cakewalk you do have to apply yourself and want to get clean. This is a great program and they have helped me so much

Wow, I have been to VA's all across the country, and I'll have to admit I was a bit skeptical coming to VA North Little Rock. However, my experience here far exceeded my experiences of ANY VA I have been to and I was treated SO great! Nurse Connie was the sweetest Nurse I have ever had! She was amazing and she was able to calm my anxiety. My primary care Dr., Mr Spears was wonderful as well. I can't express the gratitude I have for how everyone treated me. I didn't get the fella's name who drew my blood but he was SUPER cool to me! Thanks VA North Little Rock for restoring my faith in the VA!!!!!!

We finally found our therapeutic home we trust. I have not had someone work with my child like her new lovely, sweet, compassionate, and very trusting. I haven't met a staff member who has been rude at all! Safe place to talk

My wife of 52 years passed a way in 2021. I began seeing a counselor after I had back surgery in 2022. About a year later I had to relocate to Lonoke County. I was experiencing complicated grief and depression and needed someone to listen to what I had to say instead of just telling me what to do.I started seeing Shannan at Arisa, several months ago. Shannan, who was young enough to be my granddaughter, had the ability to help me feel better after each session. Unfortunately, Shannan went to work at another clinic in Little Rock a few weeks ago. Her move seems like another loss and now I only hope I can see another counselor who will give me the attention that Shannan did.My experience with Shannan at Arisa was very positive. I m hoping to find another counselor who can continue helping me with my grief and depression the way she did.

I got at Sober Living in Dec 13 2023 and stayed till April -05-2024 . they lot rules you got no or find the door and i understand that . Your first 30 days you got to remember ,Maintaining abstinence from drugs and alcoholPaying rent and other feesParticipating in house choresAttending house meetingsFollowing curfewsRespecting other residents and staffBeing a team playerAgreeing to random drug and alcohol tests. the lot rules to go by . I watched people get kicked out and that might sound bad but it not . Let me explaine . they start shooting crooked , lying , going behind staff back and thinking they are being slick . no cell phone till you go Block House then you got ask to have one . you got work CQ answering phone and other things ,sighn in and out of bathroom . you get 10 minute shower no longer . write up comes with extra duty ,washing dishes ,cleaning bathrooms floors , meeting room ,washing cars . when you leave you be diffrent person but it fresh start for you so never take it hard and think you being punished . I did extra work like pick trash up around building . just work program and you see better person inside you .

I completed the 28 day program twice and spent over 90 days total. At first I didn't like it. They were strict and it was kinda of a tough love thing, I'm sure of that. But, I appreciated that tough love, structure, and accountability,because that is what I needed at the time. After I finished the 28 they found me a job that I really enjoyed and provided transportation to and from work .At the N.A. , C.A. and alumni meetings , I came to realize that the people here really do care about me, you, and each other.They want nothing more than to see everyone succeed.They are truly one big family!
