4 stars for the hospital all overall. But if I could specify a 5 star reward to this place it would be placed up the nurse in Mental Health "David". He has the biggest heart out of anyone I have ever met. That guy makes sure I am taken care of and he makes sure I am not forgotten. 200% all the way kudo's to David. My partner and I both have been helped by him and we both agree that he makes us feel cared for, and he has helped us a ton in our struggle to understand our mental disabilities and move through society with them. On top of that I would like to also shout out the whole front desk staff in the mental health department. Y'all the real MVP's out here.

Words can not express my appreciation to CAAIR. I had sent my grandson to military schools, at least 3, 30 day rehap programs nothing has worked. He has been in and out of trouble with law Enforcement and was not sure what to do. Drugs had consumed his life and I was at a lost what to do. I was not sure I d one day I would find him dead.By pure chance I came across The CAAIR Program. After speaking with them, they reached out to him and he decided it was time to get help.My grandson loved this place. Never once did he call and want come home. It was not easy for him but he adjust and just finished one year program. His choice was to remain at CAAiR in transition program, continue working.I m so thankful for CAAIR for returning my grandson to me. If you ever go here there are a couple of really good er doctors, doctor woodmansee, and doctor yenheviy are really really good doctors to see, they helped us get help for my partner and shes having really bad GI issues, and even though the hospital doesn't have a gi specialist these doctors especially woodmansee and the nurse who helped us argued to get her the help she needed because we have been in and out of the hospital 4 times this week with symptoms showing from the previous week. They are doctors who truly do care about their patients health and how their doing and their not just in it for the money. I really really am grateful for their help and the nurse that helped us last night was extremely helpful and made sure we had whatever we needed. Thank you guys i appreciate it

My biggest and most important takeaway is that my family member got the help they needed and became better after their stay here. They were admitted during a mental crisis and after a 12 day stay, their health improved dramatically and seems to be on the right track. Medication was given, monitored and adjusted during their stay.I was able to speak to my family member every day, and was in frequent contact with their therapist, Sam. She was very informative and assuring during our multiple lengthy conversations. My family member also has a very favorable opinion of the staff here and has conveyed no complaints during our many phone calls.

I have been going to STC for almost 5 years now .I have paid a lot of money and for the most part the clinic has been great .once I got a better councillor things were going well for years.but then I got a medical marijuana card for my health problems and once i did this it was like they no longer wanted to help me..I was phased down instantly as if I was taking drugs and not complying..but i was complying all the way even with the law.The state issued me a medical marijuana card and i am a marijuana patient and this is medicine for my health and well being and I have been punished for it at Springdale Treatment center.but several of the councillors agree with me and say that it is supposed to be the equivalent to any other physician prescribed medication if you have a medical card.But the program director Connie Phillips is the only one refusing to go by the LAW.And they allow people to take klonopin with methadone which is deadly but NOT medical marijuana when the person has a card.

This is a place for grown folk who can handle life on life terms. You stay clean get to work pay your bills and grow as person spiritually and mentally and physically. If you come to just have a roof over your head and not be here to grow up you will not succeed. It's setup as if you were living on your own at an apartment with rules and rent. Simple grown folk stuff. Go to meetings like in normal life and be in for bed. Not hard. If you need help there are people everywhere here that can help you. Wether they have been clean for a month or for a year. Yes there will be some there who are still in the beggining of recovery and need to develope into adults. Addicts aren't perfect. Only Jesus is. So learn the rules. If you don't know them then ask the front desk for a copy. I like it here. Praise Jesus. That's the God that made you. If you don't try at changing or make an attempt to you won't grow and you have to want it. It's your own fault if you don't succeed here. Because you didn't try hard enough they can send you in the right direction but you have to go in that direction instead of your own path.
