I'm truly sorry to hear all of these people unhappy with the level of medical care. That has not been my experience. I have had an excellent doctor now for several years, Dr McEwen. Her nursing staff has been very knowledgeable and supportive. I honestly don't know where I would be without the VA, both Jefferson and Nonconnah. It has been my experience that if you treat people like you want to be treated as usually reciprocated.
