The staff bent over backwards to help me get a cardiac event under control. The staff in the ER and CCU were very accommodating and genuinely concerned about my health. Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Emily in the CCU are caring and very professional!! I would go back if I lived closer.

I recommend this place. The Community Laiason helped us so much with the admission. She answered any questions and was available whenever we needed her. She gave us peace in a troubled time and we felt like she genuinely cared about our whole family. The Counselor and nursing staff worked with us to help our child. The Centers at Monticello showed us they cared by their actions.

Saved my life, wonderful staff

I was pregnant and 17 and my mom brought me here in 1993 and I made some good friends. I am glad I got to come because now I am connected to God and share my testimony on social media and everywhere I go. This ministry is reaching girls and not judging but accepting them as they are the way Jesus does.

This is one of the best facilities I have been to. It is new ish. But they got me in and out. Compared to what bi am usually used to.

Rayville recovery saved my life. The staff here are some of the very best in the game; and I have no hesitation in referring everyone I know that has a problem to this facility. My insurance lapsed at second chances and they didn t try to help me fix it or anything they just pushed me off to someone else but that was the best thing that ever happened to me because Trevor instantly said let s get your insurance back on track and get you into treatment. I will say one thing there is no excuse these people will take they will jump over any hoop to get you into treatment and onto a better life. The techs are a whole book in and of themselves Chris , Jennifer, Ariel , Michelle. Everyone and anyone that works there knows what it s like and knows what you re going through. I had my baby there at the labor and delivery part of the hospital.. very nice nurses and thanks to Dr Booker for delivering my baby girl Dec of 2024.. my only downside of this hospital was the one nurse who ignored and wouldn t listen to me when I said I didn t wanna do something she wanted me to do bc how painful it was.. I m thankful to the two nurses who helped me out of the bathroom so I wouldn t have my baby in the bathroom.. :) overall I loved this hospital and felt very comfortable for my 3 day stay

Jada is the best

I had previously went for the suboxone treatment a long time ago in the past. Sadly it's wasn't a choice I made for myself.Now that I'm currently taking the treatment again and this time because I personally hit my rock bottom, I go to my therapy sessions anytime I can and listen as well as talk and those sessions have greatly helped me deal with my problems I have that pertains to my addiction. The Dr. Is always been kind and respectful and helpful towards me.I can say that every person that works there has a heart of gold because they don't have to care about any of us, yet they choose to. That shows amd tells me it's more that just a job to them it's actually a calling to be there for us.THANK YOU ALLJESSE C.P.S. YALL HAVE SAVED MY LIFE IN MORE WAYS THAT COULD EVER BE EXPLAINED.

I was born here. Props to the doctors and nurses for helping me leave my mother's womb after 3 hours. Heavens, I didn't even know this place was doing so bad. Still. Bless the hearts of the staff.
