I use primary care and mental health here. My case worker was amazing. I was scheduled right away. I have Sabrina, Thomas and Barry and they have listened to all my concerns and have addressed them! I had cvs issues and they called and took care of it same day!!!! I missed an appointment sick and they called to check on me asked if I needed anything!!!!!! I m definitely gonna keep coming here!!! The ASAP program was absolutely life changing for us, my husband and I thought it was so beneficial. It helped us get through a really tough time and gave us tools to better navigate a situation we never dreamed we would be in. Our daughter came out of a 30 day residential treatment program into ASAP, it was exactly the accountability she needed to stay the course to becoming clean and staying clean. The therapists were really great and the tools and content taught in the program were a game changer for us. ASAP definitely enlightened us on boundaries and the ways we were enabling some of the behaviors unintentionally, we are so grateful for that. While she might never admit it helped save her life, we know it did.

I ve been to multiple different treatment centers before coming to Fountain Hills, and this time around in treatment I feel like I ve made a lot of progress in my healing journey. I started doing trauma therapy with Mike in residential, and I learned a lot about myself, my trauma, and what I need to do for myself moving forward, with his help and support. Josh communicated with my mom throughout the whole time I was at FHR, took time out of his day to meet with me to discuss any concerns I had that came up, and sat down with me and helped me build a resum and fill out job applications. I was able to get off almost all of my medications that I came in on at very high dosages that weren t working with the help of Dr. Robbie. I underwent TMS treatments and ketamine therapy to help with titrating off my medications, as well as helping my anxiety and depression. Moving to PHP, Tripti has been a huge support in my trauma therapy through EMDR, as well as being a safe space to talk about very difficult things and understanding me and the trauma I have. Krista also helped me a lot through family sessions with my mom and sisters, which was very helpful in re-building relationships with them, doing some inner child work, and working on my self-esteem and self-love. Chloe and Dane, along with the other therapists, led great group therapy sessions on a variety of different topics that I learned a lot from and plan on taking with me as I re-enter society. The BHTs at the house were all very supportive, kind, and helped me through times where I was struggling. Charisse was very kind and helped me schedule outside medical appointments, along with getting us everything we needed for the house and the clinic. Matt provided a lot of support behind the scenes and did a lot to help all of us in the program. Rob helped me get to outside medical appointments and provided a lot of support inside and outside of the clinic. I appreciate all of the staff and this treatment program so much and am looking forward to continuing my healing journey in my next steps.

I went there on Thanksgiving week of 1998 for 6 months. It was chaotic, management didn't know how to care for the houses they had at the time when I was there. They had nine houses and ready to open another house. Administration pick me & two other people to open. The other two was racist. One was white the other one was black. The black guy was scared so he did everything they ask. I ask management to move me out of the house. They said no, So I left. This program is to saving life. This has been the best methadone clinic I've been too. Besides the very short lines and wait and no unreasonable demands for making it your appointments.The staff is just awesome..all of them..but i saw Elizabeth, one of the counselors and she is beyond understanding and so helpful. The nurse is also fabulous, she knows the new laws well regarding methadone prescribing and immediately was willing to very rapidly get my dose up to the level I needed. And even the receptionist, Sofia, understands the " methadone patient" and is ALWAYS so accommodating, sweet, and makes me smile even when I'm having a rough day!! I 100% recommend this clinic!!
