My daughter is currently here. We are from out of state and sending her somewhere that I had not been able to see or meet the people there was more than scary for her and for me!! All I can say up to this point is that all our fears are gone. It is everything they claim it is online and more. She is being supported in every single way possible. From addressing her addiction, her mental health, physical health, everything. The facility reaches out to me weekly to give me updates on her as well. I have had alot of experience with rehabs and know that it's rare when you get ALL of these things or that what it claims it is online, isn't what it is when you get there. I just wanted to let anyone else that is in the position I was about sending your child there sight unseen, to know that you are making an excellent choice in choosing Wolf Creek, they are an amazing place!!

Decision Point was the first rehab that I've been too I was recommended to go there by my cousin Gabriel he completed treatment there and has been Sober for 6 years now. He always told me when I was ready that he would be right there to take me. That was the best decision I've ever made from the BHTs to Counselor's and staff was amazing. I will be highly recommending to anyone to go here to seek help. I am 1 year 4 months sober and still going strong. Thank you to everyone at Decision Point I am beyond grateful for you all!

Great place, sad it was cut short due to my poor actions. Im am glad that I came there tho becuase it did help me a lot. Im 19 and Im as young as they come. The staff really care and the people that are there was lile a brotherhood. Since I've been put ive stayed clean and am looking to get into another facility, they help me gather coping skills to help fight the cravings and urges thank you for having me.

An I'm really thinking of goin that way for treatment to get away from here for awhile an maybe if I like it there then maybe I'll move me n my kids that way after I get settled in n a place of my own. Because I known if I come back home I'm for sure gonna relapse because I known so much people all around were I live. N tbh I'm never home I'm always out running around on my rez because I know pretty much every user. But yeah I don't want to be this person I am today I want to be the person I was 6 years ago n that is a mother that worked I was married but I'm a widow for 3 years now. I can't continue to live this life, I lost the one person that loved me my best friend my husband. Me n him were supposed to sober up together n get our kids back but then he went missing ,but he was found but not the way I last saw him. That was the worst day of my life finding that he was no longer wit us, I can't keep living this drug life my kids lost there dad n I don't need them to lose me too. I need my kids more then they need me. But my question is OK when I complete everything n if I do choose to stay that way how long do u think it would take to get a place for me n my kids n do u guys help wit that too or how does that work. Please I really would like to known .

Was at blossom care in 2014? Had 2 DUI with no alcohol, metabolite with 4 months apart 2009 and Feb 2010. A big shout out to WestCare! 5 stars all the way around. I used to receive services from them a few years ago, but today I took a friend to her appointment without knowing what to expect. The staff were incredibly compassionate and accommodating to her needs (she is disabled!). They made her feel welcomed, spoke to her with dignity, and got her into treatment right away. Combination of Neuro Faith' Therapist, Christian based teachings. Listening and sharing each clients experiences and thoughts about we were being taught in group meetings. Also encouraged to go to AA meetings, Church and Bible Study. I haven't sobriety for 96 Days straight since i was 15. Daily prayer and meditation combined with the Hold Fast App daily reflection schedule allowed me to stay focused on my goals of God and sobriety. I knew no one in Prescott when I moved here, now I have a brotherhood and Fellowship of Men that 100% i can count on. I am currently on Step 11 and plan on Sponsoring others as well as continuing in volunteering for others needs and bringing others to sobriety. I have a beautiful new life now that. Hold Fast brought me back ty rean honest self. Thank you Staff. I am now closer with my family.

I was first greeted and shown actual care by Vickie. She works at the front desk, and genuinely showed care and compassion when it came to getting my first appointment booked. She helped place me at a time that worked best for me and didn't stop until she was able to. Every time I've gone in, she's been so kind and friendly, always saying hello. Having someone like Vickie at the front desk who actually cares about the people going there is irreplaceable. I was placed with Shellby, who is an amazing and talented therapist. She radiates a safe space and immediately made me feel comfortable. Shellby has never seemed judgemental or demeaning with anything I've brought up, and is so knowledgeable in the things she says. I don't think I would ever be able to replace her. Thank you both.

I've been with Southwest Behavioral for a long time and although they have a lot of problems right now they're doing pretty good Shelby one of the counselors is the greatest counselor I think I've had I've been with her for quite a while and she's helped me a lot

I just left the Southeast VA Clinic, where I had a wonderful experience with Doctor Maria Diana Garcia. It was my first time meeting with her, and it was a great experience. She was very down to earth, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I generally have had good experiences with the VA, but I want to give her some official kudos. She is a credit to that facility.

 after my last ridiculous break up that you guys have to listen to all the time.. I checked myself into Southwest behavioral services, and started my journey of healing from the things that I could not control and the things that I could.  my life was a hot mess from extreme childhood trauma .. addiction and heartbreak.. I sure as hell didn’t end the cycle and reached out for help

Exceptional regional VA hospital with an Emergency Department. Well organized with top notch, knowledgeable, welcoming staff. Very responsive. Beautiful, historic campus. Well maintained and with newly added technology, new (2024) CT machine for veterans needing better imaging since the passing of the PACT ACT. Outpatient services for veterans, specialists, laboratory, pharmacy, physical therapy, mental health services and much, much more.

Awesome, is the one word that describes our visit. With no holds bar the nurses and doctors here are the true definition of the Hippocratic Oath, and then some. When you willingly put the physical health of a loved one in the hands of someone that you've just met, trusting in them to do what you cant, it's probably the hardest thing in life. Here at the Prescott VA I've never felt so at ease, as they treat you as well as your veteran loved one like family.
