I ve been to multiple different treatment centers before coming to Fountain Hills, and this time around in treatment I feel like I ve made a lot of progress in my healing journey. I started doing trauma therapy with Mike in residential, and I learned a lot about myself, my trauma, and what I need to do for myself moving forward, with his help and support. Josh communicated with my mom throughout the whole time I was at FHR, took time out of his day to meet with me to discuss any concerns I had that came up, and sat down with me and helped me build a resum and fill out job applications. I was able to get off almost all of my medications that I came in on at very high dosages that weren t working with the help of Dr. Robbie. I underwent TMS treatments and ketamine therapy to help with titrating off my medications, as well as helping my anxiety and depression. Moving to PHP, Tripti has been a huge support in my trauma therapy through EMDR, as well as being a safe space to talk about very difficult things and understanding me and the trauma I have. Krista also helped me a lot through family sessions with my mom and sisters, which was very helpful in re-building relationships with them, doing some inner child work, and working on my self-esteem and self-love. Chloe and Dane, along with the other therapists, led great group therapy sessions on a variety of different topics that I learned a lot from and plan on taking with me as I re-enter society. The BHTs at the house were all very supportive, kind, and helped me through times where I was struggling. Charisse was very kind and helped me schedule outside medical appointments, along with getting us everything we needed for the house and the clinic. Matt provided a lot of support behind the scenes and did a lot to help all of us in the program. Rob helped me get to outside medical appointments and provided a lot of support inside and outside of the clinic. I appreciate all of the staff and this treatment program so much and am looking forward to continuing my healing journey in my next steps.

Before Soberman's, I didn't know how to spell self-care. With the help of the Soberman's staff/techs, cooks, clinical team and therapists, I have my life back. The idea of a 'personalized plan' was foreign to me, but the clinical team truly pays attention to each man's individual needs, and the work on the 'mental' aspect of care is as important (if not more important) as the tools I learned for a healthier lifestyle. I am thankful for my time at Soberman's and certainly recommend them highly!!

The new owners of the Sedona Sky Academy are working hard every day to make a good place great. As a consultant in behavioral health, I know first-hand that they have a caring program, the students look happy, and the facility is nice. The academy is located on a beautiful 28-acre campus near Sedona with equine therapy, a mountain creek that runs through the property, and plenty of outdoor space to play. With onsite school, help with behavioral health, loving staff, and the beauty of nature, this place is a kids dream.

I recently completed alcohol rehabilitation at Embark Recovery and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and supported. The facilities were clean and comfortable, providing a safe and relaxing environment for recovery.The program itself was comprehensive and one on one , combining therapy, education, and activities that were crucial to my healing process. The therapists & counselors were knowledgeable and compassionate, always ready to listen and offer guidance. I also appreciated the sense of community among the patients, which made me feel less alone in my journey.Overall, Embark provided me with the tools and support I needed to start a new chapter in my life. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking help with their recovery.

Best treatment center I ve been to. I was able to work on my mental health as well as addictions. Compassionate and supportive staff. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Have a friend who was struggling and reached a bottom. Went to Wolf creek for an outpatient program and was able to begin to live life again. A lot of people struggle with drugs and alcohol and to have a resource to help them get back on their feet is life saving. Thank you!
