My daughter was here for 2 weeks and dr deback would call me himself and let me know how my daughter was doing and he spent the time to really watch and monitor her and diagnosed her correctly. He is very knowledgeable and is no hurry to talk to you and he wants to know your kid to seriously help them out . That's what he did for my daughter. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming even when getting updates on how your child is doing. My daughter loved the cleanness everything was and how the food was fresh and good and how the nurses helped with seeing things that maybe the Dr needs to know . There is full communication for the DR and nurses and counseling. They all work together and make a perfect communication balance and accurately help diagnose your child. I so was hoping my daughter could be back at the TAU center but they didn't have a bed for her sadly . I truly love this place for the help my daughter needed. Pray that your child goes here I promise you that you won't be disappointed in dr Deback now the other dr my daughger had also sorry can't think of the name but he wouldn't talk to the parents at all just to the kids which is kinda weird cause a kid can only understand and remember so much he won't call . But dr deback oh my goodness best there is in Louisiana as far as I'm concerned from what I saw for my own self as a parent with a child who was there for almost 2 weeks . Bless you all .

My family member was at Baton Rouge Behavioral last week. His stay was completely comfortable. He was treated with kindness and loved the doctor. When I called to check in on him the nurses were so nice. Morgan was very helpful. I would recommend this place to someone needing mental health assistance.

I love my therapist. She, Ms. Mills, is real and listens. I appreciate that I don t feel judged and feel like I can be completely honest with her.

This program was very educational and supportive during my personal recovery journey. I met some really wonderful people, staff were friendly and caring. Paul was my counselor and I can t say enough about his true compassion and gentle yet eye opening approach in both his group classes and our individual sessions. He takes his time and genuinely seems to want to be there, helping his clients. We did 2 family sessions that really helped my husband and I improve our communication. Dr. Caudill is one of the best psychiatrists I ve ever been treated by- his bedside manner is awesome. I learned a lot about myself in 9 weeks and became much more involved in the AA program thanks to Alchemy offering on site AA meetings weekly. The group sessions allow you to check in , learn a topic, and receive support if you re needing to process something difficult. At the end of treatment you have the opportunity to share your personal story which was a big weight off my shoulders sharing where I ve been and where I am now. The certificate and chip they give you upon graduation are a really special way to celebrate completing the program. I give this outpatient rehab 5 stars for friendliness, professionalism, effectiveness and even enjoyment. Thank you Alchemy, I ll never forget this experience and most of all, thank you for helping me seize my life back.
