About Any Length Retreat Drug & Alcohol Rehab Texas

Any Length Retreat is a men’s recovery program in Pflugerville, Texas. With five serene acres to explore, you’ll have the ideal environment to quiet outside noise and focus on recovery. They offer a holistic addiction and mental health care approach that provides complete healing.

What stands out most to me is their campus location. You’re surrounded by the elements with plenty of time to reflect and heal. They offer a meditation garden, walking trails and cozy spaces to connect with your peers.

Their 60 to 90 day program prioritizes healing the mind, body, and soul and developing healthy coping skills. You’ll benefit from therapeutic best practices, like group and individual counseling, 12 Step groups, mentorship and life skills training. They complement this care with fitness, nutrition and mindfulness. They provide a welcoming community of peers that hold each other accountable and celebrate wins together.

Another incredible feature is their 2:1 client to staff ratio. This opens the doors to personalized care that puts your needs at the forefront. You won’t have to worry about feeling unheard. You’ll have access to an empathetic staff to provide support and encouragement to reach your recovery goals.

Other great elements include wraparound services for your family, lifetime alumni resources and mentorship and trauma informed care.

inpatient iconInpatient Rehab

Inpatient rehab programs are geared toward clients in early recovery. They also provide intensive support for clients in crisis and those at an increased relapse risk. Clients receive housing and meals while in inpatient care, allowing them to focus solely on their recovery. Most programs prioritize addiction counseling but may draw on various psychotherapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, RBT, trauma therapy, and motivational interviewing. Life skills training and holistic therapies are also common in inpatient care.

intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient

Intensive outpatient programs offer high-level care for clients as an increased risk of relapse, including those in early recovery, those with a strong history of relapse, and those experiencing a crisis. Intensive outpatient treatment typically requires clients to engage in nine to 20 hours of care weekly, with treatment modalities that combine psychotherapy and recovery education, and holistic therapies, such as acupuncture and animal therapy. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is also common in alcohol and/or opioid recovery.

12-step icon12-Step

12-step programs are addiction recovery models based on Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). A number of substance abuse programs (including some drug and alcohol rehab centers) use the 12 steps as a basis for treatment. Beginning steps involve admitting powerlessness over the addiction and creating a spiritual basis for recovery. Middle steps including making direct amends to those who've been hurt by the addiction, and the final step is to assist others in addiction recovery in the same way. 12-Step offshoots including Narcotics Anonymous (NA), Cocaine Anonymous (CA), Dual Recovery Anonymous (DRA), Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous (SLAA) and Gamblers Anonymous (GA).

24-hour icon24-Hour Clinical Care

24-hour clinical care in Texas provides a safe environment for medical detox. This setting is crucial to provide medical care during withdrawal. Certain withdrawal symptoms can cause life-threatening conditions, but patients in a supervised clinical setting have treatment readily available to address any symptoms before they become severe. Treatment can also be provided for co-occurring physical and mental health issues.

Heart icon Treatment

alcohol iconAlcoholism

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

drugs iconDrug Addiction

During rehab in Texas, you'll deal with underlying issues that contribute to addiction. By addressing these challenges and learning healthy ways to cope with them, you'll develop strategies that help you live a drug-free lifestyle.

opium iconOpioid Addiction

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

substance-abuse iconSubstance Abuse

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

intervention iconGroup Therapy

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. If you or your loved one struggles with self esteem or depressive issues, i would highly NOT recommend this place. They use a "shame based" approach and do not offer family re-connection services. The mentors do not conduct one on one therapy sessions and will not help you p ... Read More

Any Length Retreat has been a life-saving option process for my son. I recommend this to friends who have relatives dependent on substances. The process allowed him to overcome this dependence, to learn how to control his desires, find employment and become more of a leader in life. We thank Any Length for assistance in improving his life and his future.Terri Galloway

I came in a broken man and did not know what to expect. I thought it would be like most rehabilitation centers where they just toss you some meds and say your fixed. This place gave me a whole new outlook on life and I am eternally greatful for this wonderful experience. It is a very peaceful place, unlike most which are more of a medical setting. The staff was great, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a blast while also bettering myself. It's not easy getting sober but ALR softened the transition. Thanks Robert and staff!

ALR is rusted provider and I can say this as a professional in the space for nearly 7 years, and as an alum of ALR sober living. There's plenty to be said for clinically oriented Residential Treatment Centers (some good, possibly more bad) , but this program is proven and can get you sober for life if you allow it.

Response from the owner2 months ago
We are incredibly grateful for your kind words and positive feedback, Madison. We are very happy to hear you had a transformative experience with us. Your commendation serves as a great motivation for our team to stay dedicated to providing high-quality rehabilitation services. Thanks again for your trust in our program.

Don t bother with clinical rehabs or vacation retreats masquerading as serious rehabilitation. This place shows you how to get sober and be the man you re meant to be. If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction and or alcoholism, look no further.

Response from the owner3 months ago
