About Any Length Retreat Drug & Alcohol Rehab Texas

Less than 20 miles outside of Austin lies Any Length Retreat Drug & Alcohol Rehab Texas, in Pflugerville, Texas. This men’s residential community offers a welcoming, home-like environment to hone in on recovery. You’ll benefit from a safe, stable living space with holistic approaches to get to the root of your addiction or co-occurring disorder.

Their programs emphasize recognizing and treating the underlying causes of addiction instead of just the symptoms. They strive to help you gain the tools for overall wellness and long term recovery with several approaches. Private mentorship sessions, 12 Step meetings, wellness and fitness activities and yoga are available.

For me, their personalized approach really stands out. You’ll benefit from a customized treatment plan with your needs and goals at the forefront. Everything from the interventions you receive to your length of stay is specifically tailored to your unique situation. While the average stay is 60 days, you can remain in treatment as long as you need with extended care options of 90 days or more. They give you plenty of time to learn coping skills, reflect and rebuild your life in a way that works for you.

Another incredible feature I noticed was their social support services. They understand that essential life aspects, like employment, education, and routines can be deeply affected by addiction. They help you get your life back on track with countless resources and support, including goal setting, sober recreation opportunities, budgeting, resume and job search assistance and nutrition education.

An honorable mention is their lifetime recovery support. You can access continuous guidance with alumni support groups, 12 Step referrals, ongoing mentorship and linkages to sober living communities. They even have an open door policy so you can return at any time for any reason.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

inpatient iconInpatient
Inpatient rehab programs are geared toward clients in early recovery. They also provide intensive support for clients in crisis and those at an increased relapse risk. Clients receive housing and meals while in inpatient care, allowing them to focus solely on their recovery. Most programs prioritize addiction counseling but may draw on various psychotherapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, RBT, trauma therapy, and motivational interviewing. Life skills training and holistic therapies are also common in inpatient care.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive outpatient programs offer high-level care for clients as an increased risk of relapse, including those in early recovery, those with a strong history of relapse, and those experiencing a crisis. Intensive outpatient treatment typically requires clients to engage in nine to 20 hours of care weekly, with treatment modalities that combine psychotherapy and recovery education, and holistic therapies, such as acupuncture and animal therapy. Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is also common in alcohol and/or opioid recovery.
12-step icon12-Step
12-step programs are addiction recovery models based on Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). A number of substance abuse programs (including some drug and alcohol rehab centers) use the 12 steps as a basis for treatment. Beginning steps involve admitting powerlessness over the addiction and creating a spiritual basis for recovery. Middle steps including making direct amends to those who've been hurt by the addiction, and the final step is to assist others in addiction recovery in the same way. 12-Step offshoots including Narcotics Anonymous (NA), Cocaine Anonymous (CA), Dual Recovery Anonymous (DRA), Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous (SLAA) and Gamblers Anonymous (GA).
24-hour icon24-Hour Clinical Care
24-hour clinical care in Texas provides a safe environment for medical detox. This setting is crucial to provide medical care during withdrawal. Certain withdrawal symptoms can cause life-threatening conditions, but patients in a supervised clinical setting have treatment readily available to address any symptoms before they become severe. Treatment can also be provided for co-occurring physical and mental health issues.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

During rehab in Texas, you'll deal with underlying issues that contribute to addiction. By addressing these challenges and learning healthy ways to cope with them, you'll develop strategies that help you live a drug-free lifestyle.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

Any Length Retreat has been a life-saving option process for my son. I recommend this to friends who have relatives dependent on substances. The process allowed him to overcome this dependence, to learn how to control his desires, find employment and become more of a leader in life. We thank Any Length for assistance in improving his life and his future.Terri Galloway

I came in a broken man and did not know what to expect. I thought it would be like most rehabilitation centers where they just toss you some meds and say your fixed. This place gave me a whole new outlook on life and I am eternally greatful for this wonderful experience. It is a very peaceful place, unlike most which are more of a medical setting. The staff was great, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a blast while also bettering myself. It's not easy getting sober but ALR softened the transition. Thanks Robert and staff!

ALR is rusted provider and I can say this as a professional in the space for nearly 7 years, and as an alum of ALR sober living. There's plenty to be said for clinically oriented Residential Treatment Centers (some good, possibly more bad) , but this program is proven and can get you sober for life if you allow it.

Response from the owner5 months ago
We are incredibly grateful for your kind words and positive feedback, Madison. We are very happy to hear you had a transformative experience with us. Your commendation serves as a great motivation for our team to stay dedicated to providing high-quality rehabilitation services. Thanks again for your trust in our program.
