I cannot recommend the counseling center and Ms. Irene highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a warm, welcoming environment that immediately put me at ease. Ms. Irene is an exceptional counselor whose professionalism and empathy are truly remarkable. Her ability to listen without judgment and provide insightful guidance has been instrumental in my personal growth. Her approach is both compassionate and practical, making each session incredibly valuable. If you're seeking a supportive and effective counseling experience, Ms. Irene and this center are an excellent choice.

Love oak detox is more than just a detox center! The staff here are the real MVPs if you asked me. I can truly say that the time spent with staff were a big part of my recovery while there and I'm truly going to miss them all. So a huge thank you to all of you at live oak for keeping me on the right path while being there!If anyone decides to give this place a go and Amanda picks you up, you're pretty lucky and I'm jealous... She is amazing through and through and you'll find that out soon. Her story has helped me big time and I hope you get to hear it. Tell Gene thank you for all the positive pep talks and to take a break, the facility is clean enough lol. Thank Rick for the ping pong lessons along with life lessons. Mia for her therapy... Laughs and cries included. Ayanna for telling it like it is (I mean that in a good way) and I'll miss our convos for sure. Ally for having one of the sweetest souls and and an awesome sense of humor. Kenny for getting shit done and making us laugh at the same time. Marcus for always being so kind and considerate. Krissy for her spontaneity and jam out music sessions. I'd also like to thank all the nursing staff. They're life savers. Literally. I've witnessed it. Anyways, you get the point... It's an amazing place full of amazing people. 10 out of 10 recommend if you're serious about getting help.

Never had a problem my therapist Danays aka Dee goes up and beyond the limits very to the point I can't speak for any other counselor I would not want another. Dee is a blessing in disguise a very easy person to talk toDr Long is always exceptional always there to listen as well. Been with this place 2 years or so. It's hard to get good mental health services of course there is always ups and downs with services.

Pros: This place is awesome! Have been going there for a couple years (I have 5 weeks left! Yay!) If you need a change in your life I highly recommend this place. Never did i feel judged for being there. Colleen is -AWESOME!- Seriously, one of the nicest, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable people i have ever met.Cons: Sometimes it takes a long time in there and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. Sometimes if a nurse is having a bad day or someone pisses her off she'll take it out on everyone and go super slow for awhile on purpose. There is a high turnover rate with the staff/counselors.Advice: Don't piss off the nurses! (kinda like don't bite the hand that feeds you)Overall: Highly recommend this place!

Our community is so blessed to have a place like Hibiscus. As a volunteer of many years there, I've seen so many youth who have received so much support and extra help preparing for adult life. Florida has so many fantastic benefits for foster kids, including for when they reach age 18-21 and move on from Hibiscus. By then they've had a chance process, heal, and also have had the opportunity to work, to build their resumes, have some savings, etc. But places like this don't come to exist automatically, it was founded by many concerned citizens to be a place of refuge for our youth. Thank God for Hibiscus and all the dedicated staff who make all this possible to help so many get on their feet.

My experience started rough n i hated the place but that's cuz i didnt try at first wellness is an amazing place that which im very grateful i called when i hit my rock bottom they showed me they way to sobriety god n to most of all my true self the staff is absolutely amazing food though not so good not gonna lie but life aint peaches n freakin cream yall if ur sober n happy thats all that matter u can cook when ya get to php iop n then ya get oit n a few months n get a organized routine to ur life thanks to wellness n thier staff ive sent alot of my friends there n they r om their path to sobriety one day at a time

Staff is amazing! I was not holding out much hope for any improvement! But the knowledge that the physical therapy department has has helped build strength back and has helped my all around physical being!!! Can t thank them enough!!!
