At first I was hesitate of leaving my mom there but when I got to know the staff, I knew my mom was in good hands. The quality of care given to my mom was amazing. Angel the Social Worker is quick on his feet and Get. The. Job. Done. Everyone seems caring. I never give 5 stars but Jackson Gardens earned these star. A big thank you to every staff that were involved in my mom's care especially the rehabilitation team.

Amazing rehab. I thought my father would never be able to walk again. He was extremely weak and hadn't walked in 6 months. After a few weeks he started progressing rapidly. I couldn't tell you how grateful I am to all of the staff there. My father is home and walking around now. Thank you again Jackson Garden!

She has been to several rehabilitation centers over the years, but Jackson Garden is the only place where both of us truly felt at home. I was a patient at Jackson Gardens Health and Rehabilitation Center recently for over 4 weeks. All the nurses and staff were always very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The staff always took their time to provide care professionally and show great kindness. Dr Karel was very attentive during his visits. He explained everything in detail and his results were effective. The facility was always kept very clean. I felt very comfortable during my stay there. If I had a family member, or myself, that ever needed this kind of facility again, I would definitely recommend this facility enthusiastically.

First off, this is not part of the Jackson Hospital System, so it's a bit deceiving given that it is located nearby. Second, this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. While my mom was there, 1) her bed was short circuiting with sparks coming out and they didn't change her to another bed, 2) They wouldn't give her a walker nor the patient next to her, both of which had major leg surgery, 3) While some staff are very nice, some clearly didn't want to work and would ignore patients, 4) Everything is incredibly outdated, 5) They just left my mom in her bed all day despite having all these "social activities" planned, 6) Barely any "rehab" until my mom said she was going to leave and suddenly they wanted her to stay and gave her extra attention, and 7) Overall, very short staffed and considering some of the extreme cases I saw, is very dangerous. Don't leave your loved ones here, even the EMTs were side-eying the place when they dropped off my mom because of how depressing it was.

The center is clean and they take great care of my family member. I am happy with Jackson Gardens Rehabilitation center. Their Rehabilitation physical therapy center is awesome it is second to none. The staff is very pleasant and they are very helpful and they the patients on their floor throughly

I have no complaints. Good service. Magnificent attention from the social workers. The staff that attends to the Medicare that attends to the approval of the medical insurance or Medikey.
