I highly recommend the Alcohol Screening Service to anyone in need of such services. The experience was very educational and worth every penny and minute spent in the class. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, respectful, welcoming, and trustworthy. The class was well-organized as well as very clean with multiple breaks and a lunch time, making it a very comfortable and helpful experience overall.

I had an amazing experience. She went above and beyond for me . She was sweet and kind. My case was years back and I wasn't pulling up in the system. She went out of her way to help me get the information I needed to attend the classes I needed to get the credit for the mvd.Thank you so much. I felt like I really connected with her.. she even gave me credit for the classes that I had already attended. Amazing.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Completing a drug or alcohol rehab program shouldn't spell the end of substance abuse treatment. Aftercare involves making a sustainable plan for recovery, including ongoing support. This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Arizona is the process of treating individuals who are dependent on a particular addictive drug. Because addiction is complex, this treatment typically includes a variety of interventions that address the many physical and emotional issues involved.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.

Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.

Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Left really disappointed after expecting to receive real treatment. The program is not very helpful for someone who has serious issues. It appears as if they only care more about the money and don't care about helping long-term.

This woman Margie is a thief, not only that but rude she will ask the most absurd questions I quote "in the last year how many beers have you drank!?!?" Give me a break if you even mention you've had one or 2 at a family reunion she will immediately fail your revocation packet and pocket the 125$!

100% Money driven. My personal experince made me feel like Margie is a scam artist. Facts don t apply with predatory practices and a Cracker Jack certification. If I can offer any advice, lie about everything. Make up some pretty little story and grease the wheels. She will probably still make you come back, because at $125 a visit for a revocation packet, her Mercedes needs to get paid for somehow.

I was court ordered to take these classes and selected this location out of convenience to where I live. Margie was great and I got a better understanding of triggers and brain functions related to drugs and alcohol....program needs serious upgrades to audio visual equipment, (i.e. the TV..the movies used..... VCR....VHS....wow).....Thanks Margie.....you're the best!

DO NOT waste your time or money here! Very unprofessional. She sets appointment times with you then has no respect of being on time for the appointment like you have all the time in the world. I needed my screening not for alcohol but because I have a medical MMJ card and was pulled over after exiting a dispensary. This lady was acting as if I was a criminal the whole time and showed no respect. The first question of the screening was do you consider yourself a normal drinker, I said I don t drink at all I m obviously here because of Cannabis. She wouldn t accept my answer and was giving me attitude so I got up and left plus the screening is only for the MVD she won t send it to the court as well. I could immediately tell she is the type that just wants your money and cares 0 about customer service or being professional. You can do the screening online and have it sent to the MVD and court for only 15$ more do not waste your time here!!

Like most people who have to take these classes I dreaded them. However after doing the screening and completing the majority of my 54 hours I can say it is much better then I expected. As long as you go in with out a chip on your shoulder you will learn something and be a better person by the time you are done.

I just completed my weekend session with Margie. I came away with a better knowledge of this program. I got answers to question I didn't even know I had. Networking with others that are going through the same issue as muself can be enlightening and in some cases a blessing. My belief is that you can receive anything positive, if you look for it. Have an open mind and heart, you just might be surprised. Thanks to all of you that made this weekend an eye opener for me. Margie thank you for facilitating this program and sharing your life with the people you touch.
