Customer service is trash. They cant even answer the phone and greet you correctly. Just called twice and was on hold each time for 4+ minutes. The first time it hung up on its own. Second time I hung up. Third time the phone was answered and no one said a word just put me on hold. I can take my money elsewhere and actually utilize more convenient options to complete this task. The phone call is a first impression. I work at a bank and i know what it means to properly greet ppl and answer the phone correctly. Do better. Elevate the service. Just because we need evaluations doesnt mean we arent ppl that deserve to be handled with respect.

I like these location, stuff and service. It is a very relaxing and non judgmental place. the staff are amazing. They go above and beyond to help you with any questions or concerns.
Jacques is a great counselor and therapist I m so glad I was pointed in his direction the whole staff is awesome these people really care and want to help you here I would definitely recommend Alcohol and Evaluation llc.
I called these ppl on 1/19/2022 for a evaluation, however I never received a call back...yet their page states will return calls in 15 minutes. Called again today which happens to be Wednesday 1/26/2022...crickets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They re really on to something here .Let me tell you with all the fines and time involved in the system you really began to loose faith.Nevertheless this drug evaluation center is by far the best and most motivating .I look forward to coming to class every week and as crazy as it sound I feel like my money is well spent . They are a nonjudgmental, patient and caring team. I almost shed tears typing this because of the love and openness that goes on in class as we all discuss and learn from one another.Truly thankful to be given another chance.After one class I let go of weed and alcohol and I feel no remorse. Thankyou thankyou thankyou
