Extended Outpatient Treatment (Level 1) is offered in Burlington, Wapello, Keokuk, and Mt. Pleasant. This consists of individual, family and group counseling for both adults and juveniles. Level 1 treatment duration is dependent upon client needs and progress through the individualized treatment plan. They provide evaluations for those charged with OWI along with any required evaluations. They can assist with crisis intervention when necessary in office.

Clients in inpatient rehab reside at the treatment facility for the duration of the program, which may range from two weeks to more than 18 months, depending on unique needs and the program's design.
