I've been seeing Rebecca at Discovery Cove for almost a year. She's been incredibly helpful and supportive; I recommend her to all my friends.I'm also impressed with how things were handled following the covid lockdown. I was contacted after a few weeks to ask if I'd like to start scheduling virtual appointments (I did and they are helpful. Even times I've forgotten about an appointment, I'll get a call a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time to remind me to log on). Now with their office back open I'm still offered a choice between in office or virtual appointments; as someone in a high risk group and someone who would have to find childcare, I appreciate the ability to continue virtually.
