Recently I admitted myself to Alterpoint because I was experiencing a nervous breakdown and having strong suicidal thoughts. I have was transferred to Eastpoint. When I first got there, I really tried to escape. But the staff was very patient, comforting, reassuring, very accommodating and definitely had my best interest at heart. The staff considerate and were very concerned about how I was feeling. Calmed me in the best way possible. 300 wing staff was absolutely amazing. They helped my in abundance with much kindness. I can't speak for others but for the staff get 5 stars. The food on the hand gets 2. The meals are a 50/50 gamble. Overall I appreciated EVERYONE and EVERYTHING they did for and offered me. Thanks so much for the help and God bless!!

It is pretty bad right now, with the employee turnover rate, and organization with the Hurricane season. But with anything there is good and bad. Ok, so after almost two years with Dr. Sinclair I feel like I can give an honest review of my experience so far.SO, as far as Sinclair goes, there is no one better in my opinion. He is caring, respectful and educated. He is the type of person you walk away from and the rest of your day is a little brighter.However, the office staff? Oh lawd hammercy. It's a hot mess express. No one knows what's going on. Seems like no calls to the nurse line is documented, ever. I needed to be in his refill clinic and the nurse made me an appointment but for two months out and reassured me that I would be able to get refills even though my appointment was two months away. Found out that she made me an appointment with someone else (whom I've never seen) instead of Sinclair AFTER I requested refills through my pharmacy and got a call from the nurse saying that I couldn't because it was time to make an appointment. I told her I was scheduled and she told me it was with someone else so magically, she got me in the very next day with Sinclair for the refill clinic. Phew, that's just my recent experience with the staff. LolAnyway, I highly recommend Sinclair and I'll follow him anywhere he goes. My quality of life has just overall been better since he has been my doctor. I have switched medications soooooo many times to find the right med combo and he has been there in the trenches with me through it all. 11/10 stars!
