Doctor Feist is a brilliant man who still has his health and his mind well in to an age where most doctors of his age have already or at least are planning to retire. I have been fortunate enough to have him as my doctor here for many years. Being that I am on Medicare, I could go to another, more desirable address for my services but see no reason in doing so.

This place saved my life! If it wasn t for Ms Lauri and staff I would either be in prison or dead.

I was there for almost a year yes it had some strict rules and times but overall it helps build discipline and structure i went from sitting my butt in jail to the fellowship house to finish my other court stuff now i have my family and all back

They occasionally will go through phases of staffing shortages. where you will have an extremely long wait time. That was my only inconvenience as a patient of 2 years.

I have been to hospitals in Birmingham in Huntsville and I called us the name brand Hospital. Every one of them wanted to over-medicate me which made me very over sedated to the point where I couldn't function. Someone recommended Mountain View and I went there and it's been 20 years now and I'm stable. That place has saved my life. So for anybody that puts a negative review for Mountain View there must be a personal issue because I can't see that happening. The staff is great. I've seen one specific doctor for the past 15 years and he's the most empathetic doctor that I've ever met in my life. He cares about what's going on he doesn't overmedicate. And he is so patient and he listens and he really cares and you don't find doctors like that anymore and the psychiatric category anyway. Most doctors want to overmedicate to the person just doesn't feel anything anymore. They don't want to diagnose certain disorders because they don't want to deal with them all you have to do is research. If you go in not liking the place you're not going to like it. That goes for any facility. But it's a really good place. I know this to be true. I would say try some of the most popular for hospitals in Birmingham and in Huntsville or wherever and then come back and do a review.

Kara the cardiotherapist and Amber the registered nurse are extremely helpful at the therapy center. They give great dietary advice and keep constant attention on my vitals while I am exercising.

Everyone that knows me, knows I don t like going to the doctor! I LOVE going to Pathway of Birmingham!! I absolutely LOVE the office staff, nurses and doctors! They are all AMAZING! They are ALL willing to help with anything and go above and beyond!!

I go here for mental health, and I honestly don't know where I'd be if I hadn't come here. Their staff are the kindest I've met, supportive, and they really have taken good care of me. I have gotten so much better here than anywhere else. Thank you, Wellstone. You guys are awesome.
