The therapist I ve been working with for almost a year now has been beyond incredible, and she has met my needs consistently. She s been so patient, and is always willing to help me view something from a different perspective. Without her, we would have never (or at least would have found out significantly later in my life more than likely) came across a life altering diagnosis. Sincerely appreciative for this place as I ve never received such great services for therapy until I met her.

On several occasions, this facility s counselors have sent opinions and hearsay recommendations to the court regarding my child whom they have never been in contact with. They recommend whatever their current client ( other parent) suggests, jeopardizing what s in the child s best interest. Deceitful agency to say the least. If I were to give another review, it will be directed towards the state regulation commission.

This was the worst counseling experience I ve ever had. Amy Vialpando was a therapist I found through my insurance. During my second session. While I was talking she told me to hold she has to text her son something. Clearly not listening and thinking of other things while I m speaking. Third session was virtual, she was eating looked like her lunch during most of the session and looked like she was looking at other things while on the screen. I had tried to reschedule a fourth session but she said she would get back to me with available times when I get back to the office and I never heard from her. I started receiving copays I need to pay in the mail. I told the office I am not going to pay this copay and how awful the experience was. I spoke with a lady who seemed sincere and said that she would speak to someone about it. I still kept getting copay letters so I called again and spoke with a gentleman who pretty much said what I m saying sounds inaccurate and pretty much accused me of lying about my experience. I have no reason to lie. I can t believe how they have treated me as a client. If you re seeking therapy I would look somewhere else.

I divorced Age to Age over a compliment. I should have divorced Rhondas' services when my records where transfered from Manzanita without my prior consent. The question now is is demanding an apology on the answering machine a valid order from the owner of a counseling service? I gave the receptionist a compliment; don't ask me how it was twisted?

Came to them long ago for a court mandate. Was assigned to them. Gave em a chance. More of a float by kinda place. I went back after a severe brain injury. Crying and sobbing uncontrollably. Yet Liz was not helpful. I tried another. Not much better. This one at least sorta listened. But lovely enough i see her falling asleep many times, i hear her texting when its a phone session. Constantly almost looked down on over and over for being a cannabis patient. Life is tremendously hard for me as it is with my brain injury and life time of struggles and abuse. Yet coming here I dont tend to feel much better or if at all. Moving on. Found a new therapist who seems to really seriously pay attention and has done more for me in 2 weeks than these people have in 10 years

This is not the worst I have ever been to but they are really bad. I tried to get an appointment for counseling for my Autism and Anxiety. I couldn't even get them to call me back. On the first phone call I made the guy assured me that he would call me back but said to call in a week if i didn't I called about a week and a half later and had to argue with too people just to try and get scheduled. I was being very polite but i was getting annoyed with them so I decided to not even schedule an appointment. They should learn to be more organized about making appointments and call people back. A client shouldn't have to call twice to get an appointment and then be put on hold twice. I shouldn't have to argue with them to be get an appointment either. It makes clients feel like they don't care about them.

Overall my experience here was good. The counselor I was working with was relatively new, and so I felt like I didn't get as much help as I needed--just because I needed a more experienced counselor. I left when I was able to get in with a more specialized clinic elsewhere, but I appreciated the kindness of my therapist. And if you are in need of good talk therapy, I would recommend this place, but perhaps not if you need more in-depth therapy.
