I was drinking so much I was falling and hurting myself and ruining my marriage and on a path to possibly loosing job and even land myself in jail. I was miserable and at rock bottom. Once there after the detox period i started attending group therapy sessions, individual therapy session’s sessions, and working with the techs to become involved in my recovery process. First 5 days i was detoxing and once that was over i got super involved in the program and day by day got better each day. I received excellent nursing and medical provider support. I had amazing group therapy sessions. I was fed delicious meals every day. I had a great case manager and had a primary therapist who was absolutely perfect. The staff was absolutely first class and my treatment started me on a successful path to recovery. This place literally changed my life. They took care of my every need physically, mentally, and emotionally. I highly recommend if you need help for addiction this is where you need to be. Kimberly Lee 2 months ago People don’t usually consider rehabilitation to be a “pleasurable” experience. We associate rehabilitation with discomfort and moving away from the feeling of pleasure. Because that is what we were seeking through drugs and alcohol; pleasure and comfort. The day I returned home from S2L, someone asked me if my time in recovery had been difficult. My answer was, “It was not nearly as difficult as it probably could have been or should have been. Though there are people who struggle more than others.” After I had some time to really consider that question and my answer, I realized that the reason my experience had seemingly been so easy was because I was finally doing what God was calling me to do. Living a life of surrender to His will. The difficult part for me, was the life I was living before treatment, when I was trying to live my life according to my own will. When we reach a place of desperation where we are willing to surrender all, that is when true healing can take place. The Lord is working through this ministry. They are working in accordance with God’s will. They are saving lives, both physically and more importantly spiritually. I am eternally grateful for this place and for the staff. They want to see people live lives of abundance. It is a beacon set on a hill, where Christ’s light shines. Of course you have a few are ill at the world and hate their job. The facility is a 10 out of 5 lol. It's absolutely a postcard. The food is cafeteria style and excellent. The only complaint is during detox the decision for patients to go to the cabins is up to a nurse. Detox is terrible and after days of no sleep or eating is the absolute worst time to move a patient. But that's what happens. You physically can't lift your head off the pillow and you have someone yelling get up. Doctor's are there daily so I don't think you should move until the doctor okays it. Besides that it's doesn't get any better. NashVGuitarist 2 months ago I was fortunate enough to find Cumberland Heights in Tennessee even though I live in Ohio and it was the best thing I could have done, I was a patient there in 2011 and 15 years later as of this review I am still sober, CH is an amazing treatment facility with knowledgeable and compassionate staff who can relate to your situation, they have art therapy, music therapy, outside meetings, speakers and powerful activities to help you overcome past traumas and behaviors, it is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting and the food was amazing too. They have a great support system (alumni) and resources to continue in your sobriety journey once you are out of inpatient, I donate yearly to CH so that someone else can hopefully find their way there. I sought treatment in April of this year and it has changed my life. I finally was able to get sober from alcohol after 12+ years of misery. This place is different than other rehabs. They actually help you understand why you drink/use and get to the root of the problem. The classes work magic, the staff are top tier., the therapy is extremely helpful. This isn’t some monotonous place, they incorporate fun and make learning fun all while addressing your needs. I had never been to treatment before so I had no idea what to expect, I was just trying to get clean. my Counselor Paul Cruz and Shelby Miller showed me love, compassion and what recovery looked like. They had faith in me when i didn't have faith in myself. Over the course of 13 months in treatment I learned how to live life on life's terms without using, I learned how to be a productive member of society and they gave me the tools to recover. I now work in the recovery field that's Christ centered, i owe alot of my success to Freeman. If you are struggling with addiction and need help I would strongly suggest reaching out to Freeman. He would always meet me with his silly humor and his passion for recovery was so pure I couldn’t help but believe I could recover too. Kay reminded me of a mom who is just taking care of her family and I could see how much reward she gets just from taking care of the clients there. I loved her group sessions because she incorporated art therapy which I had forgotten how much I enjoyed until she introduced that way of coping. Kaylee was always so knowledgeable about the affects of drugs in our brain and bodies which put my mind at ease to know that I’m not crazy and I just need to to one day at a time. The nursing team always took care of my every complaint and address my issues as fast as possible. The group sessions were my favorite part of this experience. While I was at this facility I learned about myself and how much I really do have a passion for sobriety and recovery not only in myself but also for others especially women who have been through abuse as well. My counselor’s name was Sofia. She worked with me several times a week for a little over a month. She’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had. She helped me work past my mother’s death and help me get to the route of my addiction issues. The staff here genuinely cares about you. They will go above and beyond. Sofia fought so hard for me in every situation, she never gave up on me. I’ve never had someone in my corner so much that wanted me to succeed in every way. I checked myself in for alcoholism and opiate abuse. I was drinking so much I was falling and hurting myself and ruining my marriage and on a path to possibly loosing job and even land myself in jail. I was miserable and at rock bottom. Once there after the detox period i started attending group therapy sessions, individual therapy session’s sessions, and working with the techs to become involved in my recovery process. First 5 days i was detoxing and once that was over i got super involved in the program and day by day got better each day. I received excellent nursing and medical provider support. I had amazing group therapy sessions. I was fed delicious meals every day. I had a great case manager and had a primary therapist who was absolutely perfect. The staff was absolutely first class and my treatment started me on a successful path to recovery. This place literally changed my life. They took care of my every need physically, mentally, and emotionally. I highly recommend if you need help for addiction this is where you need to be.

This place has changed my life. I have been to rehabs before but I felt like this place is where I would get clean for the last time since i walked in the doors. The music assisted therapy was perfect for me and the staff is all amazing. The groups are really beneficial and really got down to the core of why i turned to drinking every time something upset me. People don’t usually consider rehabilitation to be a “pleasurable” experience. We associate rehabilitation with discomfort and moving away from the feeling of pleasure. Because that is what we were seeking through drugs and alcohol; pleasure and comfort. The day I returned home from S2L, someone asked me if my time in recovery had been difficult. My answer was, “It was not nearly as difficult as it probably could have been or should have been. Though there are people who struggle more than others.” After I had some time to really consider that question and my answer, I realized that the reason my experience had seemingly been so easy was because I was finally doing what God was calling me to do. Living a life of surrender to His will. The difficult part for me, was the life I was living before treatment, when I was trying to live my life according to my own will. When we reach a place of desperation where we are willing to surrender all, that is when true healing can take place. The Lord is working through this ministry. They are working in accordance with God’s will. They are saving lives, both physically and more importantly spiritually. I am eternally grateful for this place and for the staff. They want to see people live lives of abundance. It is a beacon set on a hill, where Christ’s light shines. I hope and pray that if you or someone you know is struggling with addiction, that you will make the call. Knock and keep knocking. He is waiting.

Wonderful people who really care. Of course you have a few are ill at the world and hate their job. The facility is a 10 out of 5 lol. It's absolutely a postcard. The food is cafeteria style and excellent. The only complaint is during detox the decision for patients to go to the cabins is up to a nurse. Detox is terrible and after days of no sleep or eating is the absolute worst time to move a patient. But that's what happens. You physically can't lift your head off the pillow and you have someone yelling get up. Doctor's are there daily so I don't think you should move until the doctor okays it. Besides that it's doesn't get any better.

I was fortunate enough to find Cumberland Heights in Tennessee even though I live in Ohio and it was the best thing I could have done, I was a patient there in 2011 and 15 years later as of this review I am still sober, CH is an amazing treatment facility with knowledgeable and compassionate staff who can relate to your situation, they have art therapy, music therapy, outside meetings, speakers and powerful activities to help you overcome past traumas and behaviors, it is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting and the food was amazing too. They have a great support system (alumni) and resources to continue in your sobriety journey once you are out of inpatient, I donate yearly to CH so that someone else can hopefully find their way there.

I would recommend the ranch to anyone that is seeking help with addiction and/or mental health. I sought treatment in April of this year and it has changed my life. I finally was able to get sober from alcohol after 12+ years of misery. This place is different than other rehabs. They actually help you understand why you drink/use and get to the root of the problem. The classes work magic, the staff are top tier., the therapy is extremely helpful. This isn’t some monotonous place, they incorporate fun and make learning fun all while addressing your needs. Previously I hated being alone and now I can sit with myself and feel completely comfortable, thanks to the ranch! The trajectory of my life has been changed because of yall! I spent 3 months at Freeman Recovery and I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff is kind, caring and so helpful. They are very knowledgeable about addiction and treatment, as most of the staff have been there themselves at one point. Comfortable houses, a loving community and counseling is all top tier. Can’t thank Freeman enough for my time there, I would go back or put my family through this program, anytime needed.

When I got to Freeman Recovery Center in 2022 I was addicted, hopeless and at rock bottom. I had never been to treatment before so I had no idea what to expect, I was just trying to get clean. my Counselor Paul Cruz and Shelby Miller showed me love, compassion and what recovery looked like. They had faith in me when i didn't have faith in myself. Over the course of 13 months in treatment I learned how to live life on life's terms without using, I learned how to be a productive member of society and they gave me the tools to recover. I now work in the recovery field that's Christ centered, i owe alot of my success to Freeman. If you are struggling with addiction and need help I would strongly suggest reaching out to Freeman. The team at the center have the clients best interest at heart and will go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and can heal. 10/10 RECOMMEND!

Wonderful experience at this amazing facility. The cute and comfy rooms and sleeping areas were a place of security for me during my stay. The meals were so delicious and always had a sweet treat or snack available and best tasting water I’ve ever drank in my life. Staff were so loving and compassionate. Chasity and Jess were so understanding and I could relate to their stories and advice in a way I’ve never felt before. Chasity was the first person I ever felt sincerely heard, seen and understood with. She helped me realize the magnitude of the trauma and abuse I had experienced in my past but offered me so much hope for healing. Jess helped me realize a lot of the suffering in my mind I’ve been dealing with for so long would get better with time and we shared moments of hope and faith through our mutual beliefs in Jesus! Qwasi was one of the most genuine and realest person in recovery I’ve ever met. He would always meet me with his silly humor and his passion for recovery was so pure I couldn’t help but believe I could recover too. Kay reminded me of a mom who is just taking care of her family and I could see how much reward she gets just from taking care of the clients there. I loved her group sessions because she incorporated art therapy which I had forgotten how much I enjoyed until she introduced that way of coping. Kaylee was always so knowledgeable about the affects of drugs in our brain and bodies which put my mind at ease to know that I’m not crazy and I just need to to one day at a time. The nursing team always took care of my every complaint and address my issues as fast as possible. The group sessions were my favorite part of this experience. While I was at this facility I learned about myself and how much I really do have a passion for sobriety and recovery not only in myself but also for others especially women who have been through abuse as well. I would recommend Detox West TN to everyone.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Iris Wellness. From first contact after hours on a weekend, to accepting my son for treatment even before we had payment worked out, to working with my insurance to get everything covered in-network when they were technically out of network to the fantastic intensive outpatient services. I have seen a dramatic difference in my son from, mood, attitude and overall life goals. He has always enjoyed going and has never once complained. Embark was a true blessing to my family. My son struggles with ADHD, Anxiety and depression as a teen! It’s scary to leave your child at any age, but Embark is a safe and caring environment the staff work hard with the boys at The Forge getting them on the correct meds and stabilizing them. I came to Willow Ridge at the lowest point in my life. I was scared and didn't know where to turn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and supported. The counselors are compassionate and truly understand addiction. The therapy sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned so much about myself and the underlying causes of my addiction. What sets Willow Ridge apart is the sense of community. I connected with other patients who were going through similar struggles, and we supported each other every step of the way. The group activities and outings were also a lot of fun and helped me rediscover some of my passions. If there is one thing I know from my years in sobriety it’s that a lot of women in active addiction also have trauma and struggle with being codependent just as I did. The Next Door gives women and expecting mothers a SAFE place to heal and recover. While there you will begin to find those lost parts of yourself you have forgotten and grow to love them again. You will gain tools , knowledge and a support system to help you become successful sober and healthy. Since going to the Next Door my life has completely transformed. I am successful and thriving with multiple years of sobriety under my belt. All the things I had lost in addiction I have gained back and most importantly I truly love myself and who I have become. I no longer seek the escape we chase in addiction. I love myself life! I’m able to give myself and my family a life I never thought possible! Fawn is AMAZING. She genuinely cares and I can guarantee doesn’t forget a woman who walks through those doors. The staff is genuine and only wants to see more people overcome the grips of addiction. And let me just say it is truly beautiful on the other side! I was scared and near death but I kept going back to try for recovery each time. I hope a woman sees this and realizes it’s possible and takes the step and calls!!! I highly recommend an ALL women’s facility and also recommend continuing to stay focused on yourself once you leave. I could go on and on about the love I have for this program! I highly recommend!!!!!

I graduated from the old facility many years ago and everything Mrs.Christy and other staff taught me, goes with me daily and gives me the tools to stay sober 1 more day. I was homeless, hopeless, broken and not a penny to my name. Samaritan sponsored me without question and gave me the tools to have a fighting chance. I had some relapses along the way, but everything the leaders at Samaritan taught me,the 12 steps, to not give up, to get up and try agin still resonates in me today. I have 3 1/2 years sober now. If you want to change, really want change and are willing to do anything to make that happen, Samaritan is a great place to begin your new journey. The food is amazing as well. Mrs. Angelia and cooking staff are top notch. The spread daily is over the top and delicious. The opposite of what I ate on the streets, if I ate at all. Good people, good places, helped save my life.

One of the best experiences I had was at Samaritan. Mr. Tim was director then and the staff was like family and the counselor were understanding and very helpful to your needs. The new building looks like things have improved I just hope they don't take away the lil park and the gazebo. I touched and prayed and sang with and for alot of people in that Peace Park.

I had a very good experience at JACOA. I really liked the fact that there were only a handful of other women there at all times. It felt like there was a lot less drama to have to worry about in comparison to other rehab centers. All the staff are wonderful people who appear to care about your success in recovery.

My name is Matt I completed the 28 day residential program on December 11th. Of this year (2024) and I must say it has been an amazing impact in my life and my early recovery, the staff there are amazing brandi, Amy,April thad, Donnie Brittany, Angelica ,beth ,terran, ( if im spelling it correctly lol) beth Gary and my counselor Patrick were all amazing, understanding, and above all they actually cared about each and every client. They are all very good people and are in recovery as well , they made my time there very easy and I cannot express my appreciation for all of them .. so long story short ,yes they have rules and structure but it's for your own benefit. I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have been send to jacoa in Jackson it truly saved my life .so thank you all! They always said that we do more for them than we can ever understand,but I think they are doing more for us as clients that we will never be able to repay them for . I came in to JACOA in May of 2023. I had been thru SOME SHIT. To say the least. And I needed some help and guidance on how not only to better myself, but HEAL myself. And I tell you what. JACOA did that. Am I a completely healed human? Nope. Do I credit them for everything I've accomplished this far? Yes. Because THEY gave me the tools I needed. Every one of them. From the head honcho, down to the monitors every night taking us for chill breaks. I love them, to the core. Beth was an amazing counselor, and the rest of the counselors were awesome too. Kudos to a really great staff. To elaborate? They taught me how to handle my anxiety and my stress. Without booze. Without weed. Just myself. Learning to live sober, was probably one of the best adventures I've lived so far. Because that, was wild. I read ten books in 28 days. I hadn't picked up a book since my mother died, nearly 9 years prior. And I was an avid reader. I begged for the library keys, and eventually, I didn't have to beg. I was given them, because I proved I was responsible and could handle a door. It takes one door at a time, sometimes. And hey, the food wasn't too bad either!

This place is truely a God send. The staff and programs were spot on for what I needed to find the healing and wellness that I was seeking , needed ,and deserved. A warm friendly inviting inverment that I never expected. I honestly got what I came for. LGBTQ friendly and all inclusive peer community sets this pace apart from other "Faith Based" establishments in that every one is welcome with out judgement or prejudice. The top notch qusine is worth bragging about as well. The chef prepared meals are no joke. Not only are you moved bye the smells coming from the kitchen, you can taste the love that goes into the preparation of each and every meal. Great place for rehab as far as an on-campus facility. Being part of a group allows you to look at yourself closer. We were all different but yet still there for the same reason. Staff was great and honest and always fair. I feel like I would have stopped alcohol without rehab, but Cumberland Heights assured it with its teachings and the things I learned. I would highly recommend it for people wanting to make a change or to people who are looking for a place for loved ones.

My stay here was great. Don't get me wrong I had days I wanted to go home. But the staff was so nice and the girls were so nice that they talked me out of it. The groups were very awesome and really make me think about everything. My therapist, Candace, was wonderful. She really helped me understand a lot and helped me open up. They have really helped me with my mental health! Thank you everyone 💓! The tech's are awesome! Specially Rose. She could look at me and tell if I was having a bad day. And Tracy was awesome. They both would always have me laughing in the end. I miss them so much. And everyone was great at the clinical. Specifically Desiree. She is so sweet. Hoping to come back for iop program when my new insurance kicks in. You won't regret going there. I promise!

This is an amazing place!! These people saved my life. I’ve been to a few places before and never have I received treatment like I did at Sanctuary!! My counselor’s name was Sofia. She worked with me several times a week for a little over a month. She’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had. She helped me work past my mother’s death and help me get to the route of my addiction issues. The staff here genuinely cares about you. They will go above and beyond. Sofia fought so hard for me in every situation, she never gave up on me. I’ve never had someone in my corner so much that wanted me to succeed in every way. Tracy my favorite tech still checks on me to this day. The facility is brand new, clean, and very nice. If you truly want to get better, this is the place to go. I’ve been home for months and I’m still doing great thanks to Sanctuary.

This VA center in Knoxville, tn is probably the best one I have ever been too. They are great from schedules, lab work and seeing the providers. All of the providers are excellent. Everyone i have met there seems to care for veterans and always thank us and always say hello , good bye and have a nice day. That makes a difference. The provides will actually listen to you and help you. They generally even go a step further trying to help in any way possible. Thank you all!!
