I went to this hospital I was forced to take meds and needle shots was not doing nothing wrong just reading books chatting with people and said medication’s were court ordered. Be careful who you talk to. Stay safe. But there some things good about this hospital inside is nice the outside is nice the patio was nice. Things in there keep you safe I like it. Technology nowadays are better now to keep you safe. Stay safe people. People it’s not about which hospital it’s about who runs it probably doctors that purchased the property and the land does not make things It’s the people you let in the hospital they ruined the hospital’s vibe. What I didn’t like about this hospital I was forced to take medication’s and people nurses were annoying, but I think they were nursing school or not. But there’s professionals out there. That handle real drugs. To combat. Other drugs to keep everyone safe they are real doctors. Real drugs that dr handle can make people act different in person. It’s scary. In other divisions like police in all the agencies keep everyone safe from people not see those scary things. We’re not trying to scare people. Do you wanna see those things? I recommend not but go see the special agency call them probably they will not answer.

The WORTH IT program at Rogers is lifesaving. I am eternally grateful for every member of the team, every one of them went above and beyond expectations. They were always there if we needed anything and always on top of everything that needed doing or explaining. I would leave more stars if I could. I strongly recommend calling if you or someone you know is struggling with substance abuse. The whole family appreciates them.

Places that offer mat or more commonly known as moud treatment are considered the gold standard in treatment. I was addicted to opiates, opioids, then oxy… unfortunately then heroin. I unknowingly was a part of an epidemic. I survived the pandemic and I also survived and lived through a hell I would like to call addiction for 13+ years. If I can do it then so can you. I got help and stopped 1/7/20. Shortly thereafter… 9months to be exact. I relapsed in Sept until 4/2022 and I almost died from being forced by medical “professionals “ to good turkey. I relapsed less than 5 months later and went to the clinic in 8/2024. Been there ever since and I am so grateful

Great doctors and clinic. They really care about their patients and I Couldn't ask for a better doctor! Also their beautiful mother and daughter receptionist are a great team and the best. If you feel like they’re a little tough on you, I assure you it isn’t toughness. It is there way of showing that they care for us, reminding us of discipline, because some of us need it, and only looking out for our best interest in our mental and physical health.

Wishope is unlike any other treatment facility I’ve been to or seen in my experience of reaching out for help with addiction. They offer so many benefits and opportunities to help everyone come together as a community and heal. Wishope takes each person individually and provides them with the care they need, because everyone has a different story and they understand that. Wishope saved my life and my perspective of AA and NA, along with the way I view myself and what I have to offer in this world. I wouldn’t be who I am or where I am in life without this program. Everything I was ever told before I went in the military, and when I was in, was to avoid the VA at all costs. And I did. Even for 14 years since I had gotten out. Then I had some medical stuff come up and I reached out to an Air Force buddy and he was shocked that I wasn't being treated at the VA. I called the 1-800 number for eligibility, and had an appointment scheduled the next day. I get that every VA probably is a little nuanced, but the Milwaukee location has been incredible to say the least. Everything I was told was completely untrue or just outdated. These men and women are awesome.

I've been bringing my dad to this VA for the last few months, and after just our first visit, we knew he was in good hands. Every specialist we've seen have been nothing but hands on, attentive, thorough, empathetic, patient and helpful. From Dr.B in oncology, to Tess up in endoscopy, these women are some of the most kind medical professionals I have ever met, and I hope they know their kindness goes a long way and is still thought of well after. I have had so many wonderful interactions with the staff there, there was a nurse who ordered my dad some lunch as he was in recovery after a procedure, which was such a nice thing to do, I didn't catch her name but she might be the charge nurse in endoscopy maybe? Another thing I really liked about this VA is that if you look lost and wandering the halls, there are many friendly faces around to get you pointed in the right direction, and most of the time they'll ask YOU first lol. There was also a younger man up front who helped lead me to the other building over to 114 through the tunnel, he didn't have to, but he did, just over all blown away by the difference of health care compared to the other VA my dad was going to. And with already having seen someone in pulmonary, oncology, endoscopy, ED department, mental health and MRI, I have nothing but good things to say. Thank you kindly, for everything.

I've been with the Wishope Recovery program for the last 8 months - 30 days residential, 30 days transitional, and 190 days in sober living. I spent 90 days total in programming learning about addiction, recovery, and about myself. The staff was extremely supportive and helpful at every step along the way. They have answered my questions, listened to my fears, and celebrated my achievements. I would not be where I am today if I had not been a part of this program. I tried to get sober by myself for years before stepping into the residential facility, and there I found the pathway to finding and maintaining my sobriety going forward. From homelessness and on the verge of sacrificing what life i had, I took the advice of a counselor to go to a mental hospital. During my 12 day detox I was told about Wishope and that rehab may be good for me. Being open to anything different than what I had became my focal point, so I took the offer and went to Woods Crossing to start my first rehab journey in residential. I'm so grateful that I took it! That's when I got sober. It was suggested that I do the step down program which took several months. That is when I learned to be sober. I learned about myself and trauma. I learned about addiction. I also learned that my flaws weren't weaknesses, but things I just wasn't good at. Yet still a part of me that made up who I am. I have learned to respect myself, set goals that are achievable, cope with what life throws at me sober, and how to love myself and smile again. God has thankfully removed the filter that I once looked at the world thru and given me one that is filled with love, faith in something bigger than myself, and respect to myself and others. By the grace of God I am now learning to LIVE sober. And what a blessing that gift is. A BETTER WAY TO LIVE. Thank you Wishope for giving me 12 months sober and pushed me to be uncomfortable at times, vulnerable at other times without judgment, and pushing me to be better. This experience has been worth everything to me and literally changed my life!

WisHope has helped me get my life back. Coming through this program has been the best decision I could have made. The staff is amazing and is always there for you any time of the day. I was able to learn so much about myself and how to continue working on myself for the rest of my life. Wishope helped me to identify my triggers and then how to cope with them. This is the first time that I have ever enjoyed seeing a therapist and actually focusing on how to better my life. This is my first rehab program, and I am very happy I selected to go here. I completed the step down program, and I believe this was a huge part of helping me to learn a new daily healthy routine. I am now 7 months sober, and without Wishope I wouldn’t be able to say that!(:

I would like to recognize several members of the staff who made a genuinely positive impact on my recovery over the past few days. Dr. Parikh, Nurses: Brenda, Paloma, & Gabriella, Therapists: Tonya, Jordan, & Sam, Tech: Den (she was working the night of 8/15/26: I believe that was her name), and Paul (AODA) , each contributed in meaningful ways to my experience. I also want to recognize Tech: Christopher; while I didn’t directly work with him, I witnessed him help multiple patients with their needs, questions & requests; he was immediately proactive in helping patients the moment they needed help with something. Their compassion, professionalism, attentiveness, & willingness to help did not go unnoticed by us patients. There were also several other techs, nurses, & another doctor who were wonderful, although unfortunately I do not remember their names. They treated me with kindness & dignity during a time when that mattered tremendously, & I am genuinely grateful for the care they provided. In the event of a difficult situation, staff and directors are proactive to ensure that the care provided by Aurora was up to standard. I want this review to primarily recognize the people who did make a difference. Their efforts & kindness had a real impact on other patients’ & my recovery; I appreciate them more than they probably realize. Overall, sincere appreciation for the exceptional individuals who helped make a very difficult experience much easier.
