This place is amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better group of counselors and staff. During my time with them they made me feel like I wasn’t just another number in the system. They cater to each client individually with such care and personal focus. You can feel that they want to truly see the success of their clients. The classes are super informative, educational, and they surely helped me feel like I had a place to go when I didn’t feel okay. My counselor Rachael was and still is so amazing and hands on with me, even after I graduated. When you come to Akua, you’re family. So to anyone wondering whether they should try this place out… DO IT!! You won’t regret it.

I came to Wellness Hills in a time of need and with the intention of bettering myself. The staff made me feel like I was family , I’ve never felt more welcome and at home. I’m very pleased with the therapist staff because they helped me understand the way I feel, not just how I feel. They also offer a variety of coping strategies that changed how I live my day-by-day life. They do such an amazing job at making you feel seen and heard, because you really ARE seen and heard.
