This place saved my life. :) I met so many wonderful people, and wonderful staff members. Some standouts were Nurse Laura, my therapist Randy, NP Shannon, and BHT Jason and Adrian. But every staff member was so kind and caring. It’s a very safe and welcoming place to be. That being said, there is room for improvement. The rooms are filthy, and some of the common areas are too. Peers started taking it upon themselves to clean their own bathrooms and some of the common areas. My husband’s jacket somehow got lost in the laundry process, and I never got it back. Some of my peers had some of their things lost as well. Overall, I’m happy that I went. It really did save my life. And I do recommend it. Just know going in that it’s not exactly a well-oiled-machine as far as staffing goes, and expect dirty rooms and common areas.
