Group Facilitators — Earvin, Chris, and Brian The group facilitators contributed significantly to my experience. Earvin, Chris, and Brian each brought their own personalities and approaches to group therapy. Earvin's groups, in particular, were more emotionally challenging and encouraged deeper self-reflection. His groups often brought difficult or important subjects to the surface and encouraged participants to look honestly at themselves and the areas they wanted to work on. Chris brought a somewhat more lighthearted approach to his groups, which I appreciated. After spending a long day discussing difficult and emotional topics, having a group that allowed people to relax while still learning and participating was a welcome balance. Brian also brought his own perspective and approach to group therapy, contributing to the overall variety of the program. Having different facilitators and different styles was beneficial because not every person responds to therapy and group discussions in the same way. I appreciated having opportunities for both deeper emotional work and lighter, more approachable discussions. I want to be fair and transparent about this particular section because I did not personally work with Caitlyn as my clinician. My direct interactions with her were very limited, so I cannot speak to what it is like to have her as a primary clinician based solely on my own experience. Several clients expressed that they felt dismissed, talked down to, or uncomfortable during their interactions with her. Again, these are their experiences rather than something I can personally verify, and I don't want to present their accounts as established facts. However, I think it is worth mentioning because clients in a mental health facility are often in an especially vulnerable position, and the way they are spoken to can have a significant impact on how safe and respected they feel. I believe clinicians should be able to communicate difficult truths, challenge clients, and maintain professional boundaries while still speaking to people with patience, empathy, dignity, and respect. I understand that not every clinician will be the right fit for every client, and a therapist does not have to agree with everything a client says. However, there is a meaningful difference between challenging someone therapeutically and making someone feel dismissed or talked down to. My concern, however, is the communication style I personally observed. There is a meaningful difference between challenging someone therapeutically and making someone feel dismissed or talked down to. For constructive criticism, I would definitely encourage her to do some self reflection on how what she says, her tone, and when she says things to client could affect their treatment here. Thank you AHE. Super grateful to you all!!!! OXOXO :)- Bellaaaaaaaa

I can’t say enough good things about Andrew and the team at Reflection Family Interventions. Andrew was incredibly thoughtful, kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his ability to understand what the person receiving the intervention needed while also supporting the family through it. He brought almost a therapy-like approach to the family side of the process, which was invaluable. His knowledge, preparation, and workbook were spot on and helped us understand exactly what we were doing and why. Andrew’s support also didn’t stop after the intervention. He has continued to be there for our family and help us navigate what comes next. If you’re considering an intervention, I truly believe having the right guidance and support makes all the difference. This is something you want to do once and do right, and Andrew and his team give you the knowledge, compassion, and support to do exactly that. I’m incredibly grateful we had them guiding us through it.

How Much Does Rehab Cost?

Rehab pricing isn't a single number. Costs can swing dramatically based on the level of care, length of stay, and what the program actually includes. Even two people seeking the same treatment can face very different costs depending on clinical needs, location, and financing options.

How Long Does Rehab Last?

Rehab is not meant to be a one size fits all timeline. The typical program length is usually tied to your exact clinical needs, not a preset number of days. Detox severity, level of care, and the plan for stepping down afterward can all change what long enough looks like.

What Should I Expect At Drug Rehab?

A lot of fear comes from not knowing what rehab will actually feel like day to day. Most programs run on a structured schedule that can include therapy, skills building, and sometimes medication support, but the details vary by setting and level of care.

How Do I Get A Loved One In Treatment?

Getting a loved one into treatment is rarely about finding the perfect thing to say in a single conversation. It often takes a thoughtful plan that balances care with clear boundaries, and it helps to know when an intervention is useful versus when another approach may work better.

What Happens After Rehab?

Leaving rehab can bring relief and anxiety at the same time, especially in the first days back in normal life. Support does not end at discharge, and the next steps often matter as much as the time spent in treatment.

What Does Insurance Cover?

Insurance can help pay for rehab, but coverage is rarely straightforward when you get into plan rules and what care is considered necessary. If private insurance is not an option, other paths may exist, but the details are easy to miss without a clear breakdown.
